The accommodation booking service for Offa's Dyke

White Castle at Llantilio Crosseny Offa's Dyke Path is one of twelve designated National Trails. It is the only national trail to follow a man-made feature. Built by Offa, King of Mercia between 757 and 796 AD the dyke formed the boundary between England & Wales, running 182 miles from Prestatyn in the north to Sedbury, near Chepstow in the south. Men from the border country along the Mercian (English) side all had to contribute: they could send food or they could build 128cm of dyke.

From this website you can book your own accommodation or take advantage of our Offa's Dyke accommodation booking service. A factsheet is provided to help you plan your itinerary whilst a chat bulletin board will allow you to ask your unanswered questions and draw upon the advice of those who have previously undertaken the Offa's Dyke walk.
